U.S. States That are Medically Legal

The use of marijuana is not medically legalized in the entire US, with only 33 states that are medically legal. However, even amongst these 33 states, there are some states that have not fully legalized by allowing recreational marijuana.
The following are states which are both fully legal(Medical and Recreational) and just Medical.
Alaska, California, Colorado, Massachusetts, Nevada
In these states, the consumption of marijuana is legal only up to one ounce that too by adults over the age of 21. Moreover, citizens are allowed to grow maximum six plants of marijuana in their house.
Maine
Just like the aforementioned states, 21 and older-aged adults are allowed to consume marijuana but only about 2.5 ounces.
Oregon
Adults over 21 years of age can consume approximately 8 ounces of marijuana at their homes. However, only four marijuana plants are allowed to be grown by a single person.
Washington D.C.
21 years and older adults are free to consume recreational marijuana but only one ounce of it. The growing of marijuana plants in homes is not yet legalized in the DC state.

The states that have completely legalized the use of recreational marijuana but are not yet selling the product are;
Illinois
If you are a resident of Illinois and above the age of 21 then you are permitted to consume cannabis at most 30 grams but, if you are not a resident of Illinois state then you will only be allowed to use 15 grams of it. As far as the growing of marijuana plant in the home is concerned, only marijuana patients have the legal authority to grow maximum 5 plants in their homes.
Michigan
Adults 21 and older are legal to use about 2.5 ounces of marijuana and 12 plants of it can be grown per house.
Vermont
The age limit for Vermont state residents is also 21 years and above whereas, only six plants of marijuana are legal to be grown in a single house.
